What Do We Do? 

Richland Communications District is responsible for updating and maintaining all residential and commercial addresses and contact information for emergency purposes. We place 911 markers at each location to make it easier for first responders to locate a particular address in the case of an emergency.

I need A New Address, Where Do I Start?
Our office will be your first stop, since an address is needed for all other agencies. You may either complete the Address Application Form online or contact our office. A fee of $36 is required to receive the paperwork and the 911 marker. This must be paid in our office via cash or check.
How Do I get A 911 Sign?

You will be issued a new 911 sign after applying for a new address. An initial fee of $36 is required. If it needs to be replaced, please complete the Update Address Form online or contact our office for a free replacement.
